Shipping & Returns

Bean Bags are shipped throughout India and internationally through numerous Shipping modes. Our Bean Bags are shipped as Covers only and Bean Bags filled with Beans.
Domestic Shipping
CAN Bean Bags are currently being shipped to 1600 cities across India through seven logistic partners that includes Blazeflash, Indian Post, DTDC, Blue Dar, On Dot, Overnite Express and First Flight.
Average shipping transit time is 3 days for Covers only and 5 to 10 days for Complete Bean Bags filled with beans. While Shipping covers only, all the Bean Bag Covers are protected against any damages during the shipping. For Bean Bags filled with Beans, we charge a nominal amount Rs. 49 for every bean bag to insure your bean bags against any damage, loss or theft. Insurance is optional and up to the buyer to choose it. For cities where CAN Bean Bags have their factory setup or dealership in place, we also arrange for FREE pick up. Once the Bags are shipped, we provide the tracking no. by mail or SMS to our customers.
Returns
Our bean Bag comes with 1 Year Warranty on Workmanship, Stitching and fraying of fabric. Guarantee does not include cover getting torn due to external damage and stitching coming out due to improper use. For any damage caused to the cover during shipping, you can send us back at our own shipping costs. For Bean Bags filled with beans, if there is any damage caused to the Bean Bag during Shipping, customer can send the outer cover back to us at their own shipping cost. We will replace the cover FREE of Charge and send a new cover at our Shipping cost. Customer however has to send the cover only and not the entire bean bag for a replacement. Any returns have to send back within 7 days of receipt of goods at the Shipping cost of the customer. We will refund the money after deducting the shipping cost incurred during shipping.
International Shipping
For our International Shipments, we use Courier, Air Cargo and Sea cargo. Courier delivers the shipment to your doorstep, its comparatively expensive as compared to Air Cargo or Sea Cargo. Our Logistic partners for International Cargo Service include UPS, DHL, Fedex and Aramax. Average transit time is 4 to 6 days anywhere across the globe.
Air Cargo includes shipping through Airlines and customers either collect the shipment personally at their nearest international airport or nominate a clearing and forwarding agent in their respective cities. Average transit time is 3 to 5 days from Airport to
Airport Sea Cargo shipments are send through Sea and takes 15 to 30 days on average. Shipments are send through LCL or FCL modes.
Returns
We incorporate astringent quality checks before sending any shipment. All the International shipments are not insured and are freight only. Customers can get the shipment insured by paying insurance charges to us or the shipping company. Any goods that reach the customer in damaged condition will be replaced back by new goods.
